X-Chain in Denmark

CG Jensen is constructing a completely new urban area at Rødovre Station as a turnkey contract.
The 37,500 square meter residential and commercial project is called Rødovre Port and will offer 534 rental homes and 4,300 square meters of shops and offices as well as a parking basement.
The turnkey contract includes the design and execution of the entire project, which will consist of 10 buildings and three towers on 14, 16 and 19 floors, respectively. In addition, there is a footbridge and a bridge over Tårnvej.
